Back Pain Relief
You won’t find a family who doesn’t have any back pain patients. In today’s day to day lifestyle, it is a very common phenomena. This is not only the pain of adult or old age people but also sad to say that young folks are also suffering from back pain due to their bad and unhealthy lifestyle.
Why does back pain occur?
There are hundreds of causes if we want to find for the back pain. But, common and the most crucial cause is the bad posture. Now the question arises what is posture? Posture is the pattern of sitting, standing even sleeping! According to Wikipedia, “Posture means an intentionally or habitually assumed position”. That means the position you maintain during standing, sitting, sleeping or working, that is what we called posture.
Some common causes of Back Pain you may find are:
- Bad posture (as I mentioned before)
- Unhealthy lifestyle
- Obesity or overweight
- Injury or sudden accident
- Other pathological conditions like arthritis, degenerative changes etc. Lung & heart diseases etc. may also cause back pain as the indication of those soft tissue problems.
How can I get relief?
So! What’s the solution?
There is a proverb we all know, “Prevention is better than cure”. Right? So you have to follow those work that may not provoke you to get back pain like, following good posture i.e. be always straight, eating healthy foods, drink a lot of water. Whatever position you are in may be sitting or maybe standing always try to be straight. That will help you not only prevent your back pain but also it will help you to reduce your pain. As I have made this article titled by back pain relief so, I am giving an exercise chart, what you may follow. By doing these exercises regularly will prevent your back pain issues as well as it will give you relief from this condition. One thing I would like to add here try to use hot and cold water compression which also helps. You may ask, what should I follow HOT or, COLD?
